Do you have custom orthotics that are falling apart? If so please run them in. The  rebuild includes a new leather top cover, (we don't use vinyl as it cracks) New poron, plastizote or spenco  padding (we use exactly what was on your originals) and new metatarsal pads or other custom mods (if yours have them), and a leather covered forepart (under the ball of the foot) to make it easier to switch them from shoe to shoe. The only part that gets reused is the original shell or hard part of the orthotic as it is custom to your foot. Turnaround time is 4-5 working days and prices start at $65 for 3/4 length basic refurb, and $75 for full length basic refurb.
